The building
The house was built in 1903 by building contractor S A Johansson as a five block flat.
Sven Gratz (architect 1864-1930) designed the house in Jugend style. The front is in yellow brickstones probably from Skåne or Denmark.
The Hotel
Hotel Continental is operated by Jeanette Nerman and Jenny Bänsch Larsson. They bought the business in 1992 and have since then combined modern designing with the beautifull building and atmosphere from the turn of the century. The 46 hotelrooms are being constantly refurnished and has a high quality so that the guests can get the best possible comfort.
